ABOUT CASPIAN
A space to be understood.
A family-run psychotherapy practice supporting meaningful change for individuals and couples.
Why Caspian Psychotherapy
Caspian Psychotherapy was founded with a simple purpose: to create a space where people feel understood, respected, and supported through meaningful change. As a family-run psychotherapy practice, we bring together professional training, clinical experience, and a genuine commitment to the people and communities we serve.
Our work has a particular focus on addiction, trauma, men’s mental health, and relationships. We recognize that these concerns rarely exist in isolation. Past experiences, relationships, identity, emotional distress, and major life transitions can all influence how people cope, connect with others, and navigate challenges in their lives.
Our goal is to help clients better understand these patterns, address what may be keeping them stuck, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

BENEATH THE PATTERNS
Our approach
At Caspian Psychotherapy, we believe meaningful change begins with understanding what lies beneath the patterns that keep us stuck. Therapy is not simply about managing symptoms; it is an opportunity to understand how past experiences, relationships, emotions, and ways of coping continue to shape the present.
Our therapists draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Gottman Method, adapting the work to the needs of each individual or couple. This allows us to address not only what someone is experiencing, but also the patterns and experiences that may be driving it.
This perspective is particularly important in our work with addiction, trauma, men’s mental health, and relationships, where the visible struggle is often only one part of the story. We help clients develop greater insight, work through difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and build healthier ways of responding to themselves and the people around them.
Our experience
Our team brings together over a decade of combined clinical experience supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
