OUR SERVICES
Understanding.
Connection. Change.
Evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals and couples, shaped around what brings you here and what you want to change.
We look beyond the addictive behaviour itself to understand what may be driving it. Substance use and other addictive patterns can become connected to stress, trauma, relationships, difficult emotions, or established ways of coping.
Therapy can help identify triggers and patterns, strengthen healthier ways of coping, address underlying concerns, and support meaningful, sustainable recovery.
Couples therapy can help partners work through recurring conflict, communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, and loss of trust. Our focus is on understanding the patterns beneath the conflict and helping couples communicate, repair, and reconnect differently.
Both Pantea and Sam provide couples therapy, drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps people process difficult experiences and memories that continue to cause distress in the present. It can be particularly helpful when working with trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories or experiences.
Pantea is a Certified EMDR Therapist. Sam has completed foundational EMDR training and is continuing toward certification.
